Why Master MIND

The proposal of this Master Program has been formalized following interviews with numerous companies and research institutes. The themes emerged from these conversations have allowed us to build the contents of this training offer. In particular, the following strategic aspects were highlighted:

  • the continuous need for innovation to improve the competitiveness of products and services;
  • the current partial knowledge of digital technologies and its potential for business (Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence);
  • the need for reskilling for companies' employees, both in terms of organizational and individual leadership.

Addressing these three aspects adequately can contribute to increase the value of the business, improve the knowledge of the needs of the market, and offer new possibilities for innovation and development to revive the Italian and global economy.

An educational offering that combines these three aspects is still substantially non-existent. Therefore, the new structure of Master MIND means to deepen the relationship between innovation, digital technologies and reskilling, a topic of great interest for many companies.  We believe that Master MIND will attract high-quality students in line with the objectives of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies.

The ultimate goal of this program is to develop professionals who are: aware of the main drivers of technological and socio-economic change, equipped with analytical and interventional tools, accomplished in advanced leadership and self-awareness techniques, and skillful in regards to entrepreneurial and management models.
